เรื่อง ห้องปฏิบัติการที่ได้รับการรับรองความสามารถห้องปฏิบัติการ

กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ขอประกาศรายชื่อห้องปฏิบัติการ ที่ได้รับการรับรองความสามารถห้องปฏิบัติการ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ ข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขการรับรอง ห้องปฏิบัติการของกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ดังนี้
